Target groups

The primary target group addressed by the project are all actors who are or will be involved in the process of preparing citizens for an upcoming retirement, aiming specifically at an active and productive “third age”.

Such actors are companies, institutions, and authorities who care for the wellbeing of their employees. This also includes associations and unions of employees and adult education providers.

All these types of actors are represented in the background teams of the project partners.

Consequently the secondary target group to be targeted by the use of the project recommendations, are the citizens and employees who are starting to think of and plan for their retirement or should do so. The spirit and message of the project is that such preparation never starts too early.
